A Little About Jeni...
My passion is Hair Extensions and Hair Color. About 5 years ago, I sought out to find the best method of hair extensions. I wanted to find healthy, natural looking extensions that didn't damage your hair. I did extensive research & tried several different techniques. My preferred method is sewn in human hair extensions. I was fortunate to learn this technique from a lady in Utah, who has been using this method for over 20 years. I was SO impressed, I've had them in my own hair ever since. My natural hair is longer & healthier than it's ever been. The key to natural looking hair extensions is simply the quality and durability of human extension hair that provides the ability to blend and match color to your own hair. The results are amazing! Extensions have given my clients and I more confidence & a youthful healthy look. In addition to the sewn in technique, I'm also certified with Rockstar Hair to provide ColdFusion (glue in) extensions. I can offer this method and Beadlokz (crimped metal links) at clients request but I've found these two methods slightly damaging to your hair when taking them out to re-tighten and generally don't recommend this method.
As for my personal life, I'm very happily married to my wonderful husband and I have 3 amazing kids. I graduated from Von Curtis Academy located in Provo, Utah in 1997 and have enjoyed doing hair ever since. I choose Cosmetology for two reasons; 1) I have always enjoyed doing hair & keeping up on the latest fashion trends and 2) is the ability to stay at home with my children & work out of my home.
November 2007, we moved from Phoenix AZ, to Parker Colorado. I established an amazing clientele in Arizona and it made it very hard to leave. In fact, after we moved to Parker, I traveled back to Phoenix several times to do my clients hair. Eventually, it got too hard to leave my family every few weeks & trying to schedule everyone in the same weekend was complicated. I've enjoyed doing some of my friends and neighbors hair here in Parker, but I'm wanting to expand my clientele.
